i had a great morning. what? it's still morning? well, then. i'm *currently having* a great morning. i woke up a little later than i wanted to, sure (darn snooze button. i must disable you somehow), but chris showed up and we had breakfast together.
i'm doing a project this week where i try something different for breakfast every day. it's in preparation for my post next week on Twitter to get Fitter, and i'm having a blast so far! chris and i went shopping for all of the ingredients last night
i love grocery shoppingbased on some recipes i found online. i don't want to give too much away (you must tune in on monday at the other blog!), but it was great. today i had a breakfast that is energizing, and full of fiber and protein-- while still low in calories. i feel great right now. maybe it's cause i woke up earlier than just rolling out of bed and leaving... maybe, though, just maybe, it's from the amazing breakfast i had.
