menu on monday

last week we had some hiccups in our weekly meal planning. after eating so unhealthy during the weekend, we were craving a giant salad (inserted on wednesday). also, we had a visitor so had an unexpected night out to eat. sooo. i'm reusing some of the meal ideas for last week. here goes:

monday: grilled cheese and tomato soup (prepped by my lovely husband)
prep: thaw ground beef

tuesday: hamburger helper with side salad (also prepped my my lovely husband)
prep: thaw beef steak, chop peppers and onions

wednesday: beef stir-fry with rice
prep: none

thursday: homemade pizza
prep: none

friday: fish, greenbeans with almonds, noodle side dish

again, i'm still just planning for the week, not yet the weekend. i'll get there.
