tuesday: beef stir fry
wednesday: pork loin, steamed broccoli, pasta side
thursday: chicken and rice frozen dinner
friday: lasagna rollups, corn
sunday: chicken spaghetti
look! i planned sunday's meal! and as for friday, i left that as a really easy (heck, the whole week is pretty easy)-- because it's the first of the month and chris and i often plan our date nights on the first of the month. so we may or may not go out to eat that day.
